UNDERSTANDING WHO JESUS IS- ( JESUS REVEALS )
John 8
58. "I tell you the truth," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I am!"
I want to start by saying all hell does not want you to know WHO YOU ARE in CHRIST! Because of this, the powers of hell will work against you to stop you from understanding this. Once you really understand who you are, what you are capable of, who is behind you, and know that it is God's will. You will be unstoppable. When you first start to understand this, I would say at first you will have attacks, probably in the area of sickness, probably in your family and with yourself. If you get past this, (Perseverance) and continue to grow in your understanding of WHO YOU ARE in Christ, you will truly start to grow. Continue to ask God for Wisdom and Understanding in His Word. Revelation will come to you. You will really understand His WILL when you find His Heart. You should LEARN God's Word and ingrain it on your heart. Freedom will flow from you, and His Authority will start to work through you. It is YOUR IDENTITY! Your Birthright! We were called to be Righteous. Not out of obligation or duty, but out of Love for God.
Matthew 9: 35
Jesus went through all the towns and villages, TEACHING in their synagogues, PREACHING the good news of the kingdom and HEALING every disease and sickness.
Here we see Jesus (1) Teaching, (2) Preaching, and (3) Healing
This is what Jesus Did, correct? Are we supposed to be like Him? K, so how come we only believe in 1 and 2. Because we don't believe it is God's WILL to heal everyone.
This is NOT true!
(1) Several accounts, Jesus Healed EVERYONE in the crowd. (There were none left out, NO ONE!)
(2) Jesus was the walking WILL of God. (I can do nothing unless I see the Father do it first John 5:19)
Where do we stand in KNOWING the WILL of God? It is clearly written for us in the Bible. AND we must KNOW that the Bible is the Word of God. There is a certain matter of understanding (the word) that takes FAITH to a new level. Faith that is unlike what we understand it. It is NOT trying, NOT thinking, beyond believing, it is KNOWING. This is where Peter got to before the other Disciples. His identity in who he was THROUGH Christ made him strong. (If God fluxuates in His discisions then He would not be called a rock. We could not stand on Him because we would not be stable since He fluxuates. We could NOT count on Him. We would have NO identity in Him since He would not be stable.) We have been made FULL in His being. What do we KNOW of the WILL of God? We KNOW Jesus was the Walking WILL of God! Jesus could do nothing unless He first saw the father do it.

UNDERSTANDING THE SUPREMACY OF CHRIST-
Colossians 1:15-20

It's in the Atonement- NOT by your own righteousness, but by JESUS' Righteousness.
So if you ask, Can God use a sinner like me? Let's say you may be dealing with pornography, or smoking, or a marriage problem, etc. GOD STILL USES YOU! God still speaks to non believers just as He does to believers, the ones who receive are those that listen and obey.
You see, God expects us to become MORE Holy, more (Godly) Righteous the further we walk with Him. We are expected of more, the closer we get in our relationship with God. So what's all that mean. We were created Righteous Because of Jesus' atonement. However we need to shed our "old man" our "old nature" become more Holy the closer we walk with God. It is a call of obedience. A call to be Holy, as He that lives in you is Holy.

Are we doing ALL these things? I am not condeming anyone. Ask the Holy Spirit if there is something you can change in your life to bring personal revival, and what things you can change to allow His Power to flow in you.

We all need to dig deeper in the word, in our hearts, because a couch potato Christian just grows in the ground never to be seen by anyone. My question to all you is... How's That Working For Ya? My next question is, Do you want more? Do you want to dig deeper, bear the fruit Jesus has with Power and Authority. The apostles had healing power, people being healed of all kinds of sicknesses. They also did other things, but healing seems to be the biggest evidence to God's Power. Are you bearing that same fruit? Using that authority you were given? No, well just sit back then, enjoy the ride. You are missing out on what Christ has given to YOU. No, no, really enjoy the ride, your ticket to heaven is paid for so you can continue on as you were, and that's OK. As for me... ALL of me, for ALL of you Jesus. "I will find you, when I seek you with all my heart." "Your mysteries have you made know to us"

The Supernatural Power of a Transformed Mind-
Christians are absolutly responsible for bringing divine healing to people, "Proving the will of God," bringing earthly reality into line with what's true heaven. Healing is part of the normal Christian life. God put it in His book; He illustrated it in the life of Jesus. He told us to emulate what Jesus did. So why is it so easy for us to be fully convinced when we pray for someone to be saved that our prayers will work, and yet when we pray for healing we find it difficult to believe they will be healed?
Help me out here, does anyone have a different translation than this? James 5:13 "Is anyone among you suffering, let him pray. If anyone among you cheerful, let him sing songs. If anyone among you sick, then he should call a Dr. and under the anointing, the Dr. will give him a prescription."
When you put your revelation into practice, what used to be impossible will begin to look logical. Your area of faith will expand. That revelation will bring you into experience and empower you to do the works of the Kingdom.
When you put this new revolation into practice you won't get it right 100% of the time, you might not even get it 50% of the time, but you will learn, and you will grow into a level of maturity you wouldn't other wise have. Understanding usually unfolds in the experience.
Jesus had one concern about His return and it was NOT that He would find his people who were excessive. Rather, He said:
"I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the son of man comes, will He find faith on the earth?" Luke 18:8
Can you imagine Jesus telling the blind Bartimaeus, "This blindness is a gift from My father to make you a better person"? And yet that's the approach most Christians take today. They don't understand healing because they have no experience with it.
Healing, deliverance and signs-and-wonders are an inheritance for all followers of Jesus Christ. You can live a supernatural life. In fact, moving in the spiritual realm should be as routine as prayer, worship and reading scripture. It is a part of what Jesus purchased for us on the cross.

These are words from his book "The Supernatural Power of a Transformed Mind" He's been having a revival in his church and people are flowing in the gifts of the spirit. People are being healed left and right just because they are embrassing the supernatural gifts Jesus left us through His inheritance to us. The BIGGEST miracle here is, I am reading his book. East Coast Prophetic Conference 8.23.08
Prophesy is for EVERYONE!
A lot of people think of prophesy as a Gift given to only certain people. Here's the deal, that is partially true. There are those who are strongly gifted in the Prophetic. They are the ones who are gifted. The truth is, it is for everyone. Well, how can I say that. (By the way, I am not alone on this) Paul says so. "And Seek EARNESTLY the BEST gift, Prophesy." Why Prophesy? Because prophesy is for building everyone up, and ediying one another in the church. It is also shown to be to non believers as another way God showing Himself through us. Let me back that with scripture.
1 Corinthians 14:39
Therefore, brethren, desire earnestly to prophesy, and do not forbid to speak with tongues.
1 Corinthians 14:31
For you can all prophesy one by one, that all may learn and all may be encouraged.
You see, Paul would NOT say, Earnestly Seek prophesy, that was NOT available for everyone. That would be misleading and wrong to send everyone on a wild goose chase. Further more he was saying use it to edify on another.
1 Corinthians 14:26-40
-BREAKOUT 1-
First prophetic teaching we broke into groups of 2 people each (preferably someone you didn't know). He started off telling everyone do not be nervous if you don't get it right, we need to break that fear barrior. We may Not hit it all the time. And it may be a future event that means nothing currently. We then prayed. Then connected with God. Allowing Him to speak to us or show us with words, descriptions, visions, pictures, whatever He shows you, then reveal it to the other person.

Second prophetic teaching we broke into groups of 4 people each. We did NOT know which person we were to prophesy to. We then prayed. Then connected with God. Allowing Him to speak to us or show us with words, descriptions, visions, pictures, whatever He reveal to us. Then we were told, it was going to be for the person who has the earliest birthday in the group. We did that again without knowing who it was for, for the person who has the latest birthday in the group. And then again not knowing who it was for, come to find out it was for yourself. I got for myself, Dove, Eagle and Angel. My interpretation: (Peace, Boldness to go After, and Protection.) All have wings, so I interpret that as (Freedom.)

Then we were encouraged to stay and help prophesy to the next person in turn.
Prophesy (from woman)- I got a picture of you, someone who has really taken a challenge on, your not afraid of it, your intesity and commitment, and see it as a real streangth in you. God's put it in you, you can do it, your the guy that can get the job done, I see the tenaciousness in you, and I see that is something that God has put in you and you tackle things in your ife but in particularly the things putting on your heart in the way He may be leading you to searve. what ever compacity that this tenaciousness which has come out and grand ways over that works not to hold yourself back at all, but to just let it go, let it loose and you will see just amazing fruits come out of that.
Prophesy (from man)- I seen you as a Pastor, as a Teacher, as a Leader, I think you have that heart within you. That gift inside of you, and I just saw the Lord teaching you how to go about doing that. Giving you clarity and direction moving yourself into full time ministry, and doing that kind of thing. And I just also saw the Lord giving you strength and peace, and really being a Shield for you, and all you desire, and the Lord being really strong on your behalf, and the favor of the Lord is upon you, and all that your gonna do. He's gonna make a way, even though it looks like there is a brick wall in front of you. He's going to carve out a door for you to walk through and your gonna have no pressure anymore and your gonna take on the load of Christ. The burden of Christ, and it's gonna be easy, it's like the yoke, your gonna be passionate about, your gonna be passionate about having compassion for others, having a heart for other people, your gonna see the Love God has for other people. Your gonna speak that over them, and I think that goes along with the gift of Prophesy that you have. Being able to speak the Word of God through you, and your gonna be like an arrow speaking into people, and being able to deliver them from a stronghold or bondage that they may have, and really being able to cut the yokes and the chains that really bind them.

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Jesus in YOU- Supernatural & Natural
Matthew 10:1
He called his twelve disciples to Him and gave them Authority to drive out evil spirits and to Heal EVERY Disease and Sickness.
Matthew 28:16-20
16. Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them.
17. When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted.
18. And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “ALLl AUTHORITY has been given to Me in HEAVEN AND ON EARTH.
19. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20. TEACHING them to OBSERVE ALL THINGS I HAVE COMMANDED YOU; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
The SAME Power that Raised Jesus from the dead IS IN YOU! Romans 8:11
It's in the Atonement- NOT by your own righteousness, but by JESUS' Righteousness.
So if you ask, Can God use a sinner like me? Let's say you may be dealing with pornography, or smoking, or a marriage problem, etc. GOD STILL USES YOU! God still speaks to non believers just as He does to believers, the ones who receive are those that listen and obey.
You see, God expects us to become MORE Holy, more (Godly) Righteous the further we walk with Him. We are expected of more, the closer we get in our relationship with God. So what's all that mean. We were created Righteous Because of Jesus' atonement. However we need to shed our "old man" our "old nature" become more Holy the closer we walk with God. It is a call of obedience. A call to be Holy, as He that lives in you is Holy.
Are you looking for your own actions to make you Holy to allow God to flow? Or do you KNOW who you are in Christ, that brings freedom that allows the flow of the Power.

Kingdom of God - What are you waiting for?
This is a study on the Kingdom of God.
The Kingdom of God does not come by observation, but through YOU.
We often long for the day we go to Heaven, oh what a wonderful place it will be. We view the Kingdom as a place, heaven if you will, but did you know the Kingdom of God IS WITHIN YOU! YOU are the difference between death and life, sickness and healing, heaven and hell. It is by YOUR obedience that God works THROUGH YOU.
The KINGDOM OF GOD is commonly known as a place (Heaven) however we often pass up the understanding knowledge that it is ALSO WITHIN US. Let's look at some verses that describe to us that. (Luke 17:20-21)
"Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, "The KINGDOM OF GOD does not come with your careful observation, nor will people say, 'Here it is,' or 'There it is,' because the KINGDOM OF GOD IS WITHIN YOU."
I should add in at this point the verse that Jesus teaching us to pray "Your Kingdom Come, Your Will be done" Your kingdom come (hear in my life) your will be done (have your way in my life Lord)

Chasing Manifestations-Is It OK?
I meditate on conversations, this one was at guys night out. (Philippians 4:8) It is good to keep one another accountable with each other! This kind of friendship is hard to come by.
My understanding of a Manifestation is; Bringing to the visible, what is invisible. (Bringing something Supernatural to the natural.) A manifestation is also known as a "Blessing" from God. You may call it a gift.

"Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10. Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? 11. If you then , though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, HOW MUCH MORE WILL YOUR FATHER IN HEAVEN GIVE GOOD GIFTS TO THOSE WHO ASK HIM!

Recently, at guys night out, this topic came up "Chasing Manifestations". I am not sure why that topic came up, if it was because of me, or something else. I didn't make that connection, but because I heard it I felt I needed to meditate on it. While I understand everyones heart on the subject, I certainly hope that they do not see me as a "Manifestations Chaser". It is not that I care what others think of me, I just don't want to be thought of as one chasing after the gift and not the giver. I also don't want to have anyone led astray because of it. There is a deeper area here that I think they are missing. It is CONNECTION! I am not seeking after God's gift, but understanding HIM through it. I don't know if that is clear enough. Let see, (And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek him. Hebrews 11:6) What I am understanding in my journey is my Identity in Him. My FAITH.
I personally am not chasing after "Healing" as a manifestation, but finding out how Jesus' main ministry "manifestations" relates to me and my life. If Jesus did it, told us to do it, what's that look like for me? I now have a deeper understanding of it, because I searched it, and in searching I found other references to other related topics- love, faith, doubt, my identity, unity, righteousness, sovereignty, the supernatural, forgiveness, etc. and an overall deeper relationship to God.
As for what other say about "Chasing Manifestations" I found a simular scripture Paul was talking to other Christians. This is good! (Philippians 1:18 "But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, WHATEVER from FAULSE MOTIVES OR TRUE, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice.")
In this verse Paul was pleased that God's work was getting done by fellow Christians, WHATEVER their motives were. In this same manner, if a (Christian) chases after a "manifestation" there will be only one outcome at the end of that trail, and that will be a stronger relationship with God. BECAUSE that trail will inevitably lead them back to the source and that is a relationship with God. I think others believe that the "manifestation" can become an idol. I disagree! They can not make a manifestation on their own, it is THROUGH GOD IN THEM that produces it. So anyone can chase it all they want, there is only one place they will find it, that is a relationship with God.
Now, I want to clearly state here, I am NOT talking about "people" in general, I am talking about Christians. Like you and me who already have a solid foundation in the Lord. If an unbeliever chases after an "manifestation" it has potential to be bad if they do NOT know who the giver is.
I do find it funny how the word "manifestation" can almost have a negative effect when it is in reference to "healing" or "Shekinah" or an over all desire to "Physically Feel God's Presence" in us. BUT yet when we talk about LOVE and how we should display that towards others, that is OK. Love is another Form that we don't catagorize as "manifestation" and yet it is. God is Love. We are to LOVE others; bring to the "flesh" what is in "Spirit". Manifest His presence in us. Ahhh! Now it's OK to chase a manifestation! Yes, it's quite funny when you think about it that way Frank!
I'm saving the BEST for last. In conclusion IS CHASING AFTER MANIFESTATIONS OK? YES! Unless you call Jesus something else? (the Son of God made in flesh) (Supernatural made into the Natural)
Romans 16:26-27 (Talking about Jesus) But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith: To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen. John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
We all have DIFFERENT drives in us. In a body there are many members, I do not understand it, but mine is "healing". I want to make it know WHY I speak so much on this issue of Healing. BECAUSE the church doesn't! (I've never heard a sermon preached about healing in any home church I belonged to) Because it was Jesus' main ministry and that is the thing we see the least of in the church today. I am trying to bring a balance to what we hear, not to much of some things over the other. I am NOT chasing after "Healing" rather understanding what Jesus appointed us to have. There is a deeper reason, don't look surface level. "FAITH comes by Hearing, and Hearing by the Word of God." I hope I have given others a deeper Faith through my "writing" on healing.
I want to end this with an observation I've been noticing. I've recently have been to a lot of conferences. I noticed that at these conventions they did promotional giveaways at every one. Giving away books, CD's and DVD's. After they did their little promotion on each item, they asked the crowd (audience) if anyone wanted it. Of course almost everyone raised their hands. Do you know who were the ones who got it. THE CHASERS! These were the ones who at once got out of there seat, ran to the front, and threw up their arms. My point here is, to what degree do you want to go to get something, maybe even a manifestation? Go for it! God wants to Bless those who seek him.

As for what other say about "Chasing Manifestations" I found a simular scripture Paul was talking to other Christians. This is good! (Philippians 1:18 "But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, WHATEVER from FAULSE MOTIVES OR TRUE, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice.")
In this verse Paul was pleased that God's work was getting done by fellow Christians, WHATEVER their motives were. In this same manner, if a (Christian) chases after a "manifestation" there will be only one outcome at the end of that trail, and that will be a stronger relationship with God. BECAUSE that trail will inevitably lead them back to the source and that is a relationship with God. I think others believe that the "manifestation" can become an idol. I disagree! They can not make a manifestation on their own, it is THROUGH GOD IN THEM that produces it. So anyone can chase it all they want, there is only one place they will find it, that is a relationship with God.
Now, I want to clearly state here, I am NOT talking about "people" in general, I am talking about Christians. Like you and me who already have a solid foundation in the Lord. If an unbeliever chases after an "manifestation" it has potential to be bad if they do NOT know who the giver is.
I do find it funny how the word "manifestation" can almost have a negative effect when it is in reference to "healing" or "Shekinah" or an over all desire to "Physically Feel God's Presence" in us. BUT yet when we talk about LOVE and how we should display that towards others, that is OK. Love is another Form that we don't catagorize as "manifestation" and yet it is. God is Love. We are to LOVE others; bring to the "flesh" what is in "Spirit". Manifest His presence in us. Ahhh! Now it's OK to chase a manifestation! Yes, it's quite funny when you think about it that way Frank!
I'm saving the BEST for last. In conclusion IS CHASING AFTER MANIFESTATIONS OK? YES! Unless you call Jesus something else? (the Son of God made in flesh) (Supernatural made into the Natural)
Romans 16:26-27 (Talking about Jesus) But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith: To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen. John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
We all have DIFFERENT drives in us. In a body there are many members, I do not understand it, but mine is "healing". I want to make it know WHY I speak so much on this issue of Healing. BECAUSE the church doesn't! (I've never heard a sermon preached about healing in any home church I belonged to) Because it was Jesus' main ministry and that is the thing we see the least of in the church today. I am trying to bring a balance to what we hear, not to much of some things over the other. I am NOT chasing after "Healing" rather understanding what Jesus appointed us to have. There is a deeper reason, don't look surface level. "FAITH comes by Hearing, and Hearing by the Word of God." I hope I have given others a deeper Faith through my "writing" on healing.
I want to end this with an observation I've been noticing. I've recently have been to a lot of conferences. I noticed that at these conventions they did promotional giveaways at every one. Giving away books, CD's and DVD's. After they did their little promotion on each item, they asked the crowd (audience) if anyone wanted it. Of course almost everyone raised their hands. Do you know who were the ones who got it. THE CHASERS! These were the ones who at once got out of there seat, ran to the front, and threw up their arms. My point here is, to what degree do you want to go to get something, maybe even a manifestation? Go for it! God wants to Bless those who seek him.
Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
