Peace and Unity -or- Division?

We addressed this in class this past week. Although I was not there when they discussed it due to childcare, I thought it relevant to post this, not because God told me, but because it is a good topic of discussion.

Did Jesus come to bring Peace & Unity? Or did He come to bring division?
What do you think?

Well it depends on the time and place.

We find in a lot of Paul's writings that Jesus came to bring Unity and Peace. Because He is with God and God is Love. Not to mention the Unity in the Trinity. Paul was talking mostly for Christians to Christians. BUT Jesus directly said "Do Not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did Not come to bring peace, but a sword. (division)" Realize here that a sword is symbolic in the Bible for Division and The Word (Bible). Both symbols are an accurate term for what He was talking about.

Allow me to show you an example to the extreme. Pretend, you live in a Muslim ran country, your neighbors, friends, and even family will turn you into the police because you are a Christian. As a Christian there, you need to Love God more then anything/anyone else. He is giving you a truth, that there will be division there. The Division does not come from the Christian, but the spirit of the antichrist, Muslims etc. He is saying Christians need to take a stand and acknowledge Him in front of others, against the odds. Christ said this plainly in Matthew 10:32-33 Acknowledge me before men, or I will disown you in front of my Father in Heaven. Christ is saying our Love for Him has to be greater then that of those around us. Persecution will come! And He is pointing out here, it will come especially in the home. Even though we are to Love one another, we will not be able to prevent others from Not loving us.

Are we so far away from all this because we live in the USA, that it does not effect us? NO! We are to live just the same. Having a Faith unyielding to ANY circumstance. Live with Love in our hearts, but a determined un-waivering Faith in spite of the people and problems in our lives.

Ephesians 4:3
Make every effort to keep the UNITY of the Spirit through the bond of PEACE.
-------
Romans 12:18
If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at PEACE with everyone.
-------
John 17:23
I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete UNITY to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.
-------
Romans 15:5
May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of UNITY among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus,
-------
Matthew 10:23-42
32. "Whoever acknowledges me before men, I will also acknowledge him before my Father in heaven.
33. But whoever disowns me before men, I will disown him before my Father in heaven.
34. "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I DID NOT COME TO BRING PEACE, BUT A SWORD.
35. For I have come to turn
" 'a man against his father,
a daughter against her mother,
a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law -
36. a man's enemies will be the members of his own household.'
37. "Anyone who loves his father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me;
38. and anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me.
39. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
40. "He who receives you receives me, and he who receives me receives the one who sent me.
41. Anyone who receives a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet's reward, and anyone who receives a righteous man because he is a righteous man will receive a righteous man's reward.
42. And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones because he is my disciple, I tell you the truth, he will certainly not lose his reward."
------------

It is living a Life in a God mindset! If you do this, then division will be sure to come because it goes against the worlds mindset.

If you are have struggled with this, and there are those around you, those in your family who are filled with the spirit of the antichrist, KEEP ON PRAYING FOR THEM! And No Matter what happens, do NOT change your Faith in Christ. Acknowledge Him in spite of the odds, so He will acknowledge you in front of the Father.

Be blessed by these words, have strength, be bold!

Revelations

About 2 months ago I stopped posting these Revelation Knowledges God has put on my heart for me and the church to know. The last Word I got was about EXPECTATION. As I wrote it I questioned if the class would be able to digest those words. Upon finishing it, I reread it, coming to the conclusion that the majority of the church was not ready to take this in. I wrestled with God for a few days on it before He said OK, don't send it, but stop postings all together. So I did. I continued writing as the knowledge came to me and kept all my files. (don't get offended about my questioning it, there are levels of faith I have not seen anyone in a lot of churches have, including me)

(Those of you that know me, know that I speak FRANK-ly and lack a bit of tact sometimes. I've been trying to get better with that. So if you are new reading these and my words strike you the wrong way, know that my heart is true and caring. Hey if your an old friend and my words strike you in a wrong way, Praise God! I hit a nerve! Find out why? Go Deeper! ) Everyone needs a little Iron in their diet... As Iron sharpens Iron...

I want to first of all say my knowledge on these subjects are not from any preacher. These Revelation Knowledge is from God. There are many things here that at times go against the natural teaching I grew up with and you may be used to. I did not make this up, God put these issues on my heart as I wrote them. These are not theology lessons, these are God given inspirations. The best thing I can recommend for you to do is reread and study the Bible so you know yourself, and not what someone preaches to you. I may have incorporated some of their words into mine so you can see the resemblance.

As I continued to buy sermons from various preachers, I recently came upon several preachers who spoke on exactly that what God has given to me, even more confirming and making me more Excited! My mother took a bunch of my files (writings) over to a Prophet she goes to see a few times a month, who has been training her and several other people. He said the writings have been right on with what has been going on around the world. Which made my faith spike even more!

Some of these topics are crude and not finished, I appologise for that. When I get more time I can elaberate better on them.

This past week God told me NOW! I knew what He meant. OK Lord. So here it is. Some of these are Old Postings as I kept them to keep everything together, but Mostly New. I pray you All read carefully and allow God to bring His Peace to you about these topics. I do not write in these in a way to bring contempt, I do not write these to bring condemnation, these were given to me, for me to share. If you disagree I understand. Seek God on that! For most Christians today live in a comfortable world, God is waking people all over the world, I am just glad He is using me to be a part of it. It all starts with wanting MORE! See Christian's have become OK to live with what they got. Not knowing it, they've bought into the devils lies. There is a freedom when you understand who you are and what you are capable of. Christ is in you ( is imprisoned ) and we need to free Him. But to gain everything you need to give everything. Remember... ALL i am for ALL I AM! I'm not there yet but I do need to share with you all the words I have been given so that hearing you may be free too.

In Everything Praise God!

Sovereignty of the Holy Spirit

The sovereignty of the God should not be confused with the sovereignty of the Holy Spirit. I will talk more later about the differences between the three. And yes all 3 work and agree as one. For the moment lets just think on the Holy Spirit.

Fist let's discuss the word sovereignty means:
sov·er·eign·ty
n. pl. sov·er·eign·ties

1. Supremacy of authority or rule as exercised by a sovereign or sovereign state.
2. Royal rank, authority, or power.
3. Complete independence and self-government.
4. A territory existing as an independent state.

Sovereignty is the exclusive right to have control over an area of governance, people, or oneself. A sovereign is the supreme lawmaking authority.

Now that we have a general idea of sovereignty we can discuss it with deeper meaning. One may believe if God is sovereign then He can do ANYTHING He wants ANYTIME He wants to. But with God that is not entirely correct. First God mad rules that he won't break. "Free Will" for instance. Second many others have been known to influence His will/desire.(Moses standing in-between the living and the dead) God does not lie, He said "My law and my word shall I not alter." He set up laws that He will not break.

It is important to keep in mind the "J" factor here. Jesus came to free us from sin. What is sin, physical & spiritual death. The physical body will eventually wear down and die because of man's fall from the garden. Physical part being sickness and disease. Jesus came to free us of that. He showed us that and He gave us that Power and Authority over it. The spiritual death has been something we have emphasised over 2,000 years. Jesus died for our sins. We now have spiritual life. That we all get. We seem to forget and struggle with the physical part because it is something we see "physically" unlike sin. How do I know that God, Holy Spirit, Jesus wants me well, Not sick?? We can see it in this. Jesus could not do anything unless He saw the father do it. So we know they ALL agree together with each other. Second when Jesus was here, He healed ALL! It says that in several different cases. It did not say Jesus healed some, it did not say, Jesus said you have this sickness to make you stronger as some look back at Job. Job never had what we have now. Jesus and the Holy Spirit! If you also remember back at Jobs life we can see satin had to ask God for Authority to do harm to him because he was a righteous man. Because Jesus died for us, that would be a total front on Him if God decided to allow satin rule over them like in Jobs case. So yes, I am saying if you currently live a righteous life you will live a healthy life. How many of us are truely righteous? Just setting the stage here about laws God placed that He won't break.

He also said unless I go away the comforter will not come to you. The comforter meaning the Holy Spirit. Jesus did no miracles until He was baptised. At which point He received the Holy Anointing. Jesus said and great works will you do (because of the Holy Spirit) So now we see and understand that the Power & Authority came through the means of the Holy Spirit.

If God is as sovereign as people think of Him to be, He didn't have to send His son to die for us, He could have just let us all up to Heaven. But because of His Laws biblical or Heavenly, there are a certain amount of guidelines to follow. Most all cases biblically, His will is completed by a willing human. Man's free will to serve.
Now that we have an understanding on the limitations of sovereignty we can look at God's sovereignty with another perspective, NOT with the view He can do ANYTHING, ANYTIME He wants to.

Now, the Holy Spirit's Power can occur any way He chooses. His Power can be different than any way we've been taught or read about in the bible. This is SOVEREIGNTY. The Awesome Display of His Power Anyway He chooses to release it. Example: When praying for someone to be healed, keep your eyes open so you can see what happens! The Holy Spirit's healing is usually proceeded by a word on knowledge. The Holy Spirit telling someone of someone specific that needs to be healed and maybe in a certain way (Like spitting on some mud). OR in the case of Smith Wigglesworth, punching someone in the stomach. Healing ANYWAY He wants to.

BE SENSCEATIVE to the HOLY SPIRIT Everywhere you go! Listen carefully for direction.

Signs & Wonders

Let's address the "fear" some may have about "signs and wonders". Jesus said in Mark 13:22 "For false Christ's and false Prophets will appear and perform SIGNS & WONDERS and deceive even the elect-if that were possible." I want to start of saying Jesus is pointing out that we should be careful not to follow FALSE CHRIST'S AND PROFITS. The "Signs & Wonders" was a bi-product of their false power. If you are in a close relationship with Jesus, you will be able to discern FALSE CHRIST'S AND PROFITS from the real one(s). Jesus said "My Sheep Know His Voice" John 10:4 So to not follow SIGNS & WONDERS is actually a negative response to a good thing. Let me show you. 2 Corinthians 12:12 says "The things that mark an apostle—SIGNS, WONDERS & MIRACLES—were done among you with great perseverance." (Just a short rabbit trail— PERSEVERANCE is the key. We too often give up to early or cheapen our prayers by not fully understanding what we already have.) Go after it with VIOLENT Faith! Stir up yourself to a point of no-return-faith.

Mark 13:22
22 For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and miracles to deceive the elect—if that were possible.
2 Corinthians 12:12
12 The things that mark an apostle—signs, wonders and miracles—were done among you with great perseverance.
-------
Matthew 16:3
3and in the morning, 'Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.' You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.
-------
Matthew 24:24
24For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect—if that were possible.
-------
Signs of the End of the Age
1.Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. 2"Do you see all these things?" he asked. "I tell you the truth, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down."
3.As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. "Tell us," they said, "when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?"
4.Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you.
5.For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many.
6.You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.
7.Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places.
8.All these are the beginning of birth pains.
9."Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me.
10.At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other,
11.and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.
12.Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold,
13.but he who stands firm to the end will be saved.
14.And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
15."So when you see standing in the holy place 'the abomination that causes desolation,' spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand—
16.then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.
17.Let no one on the roof of his house go down to take anything out of the house.
18.Let no one in the field go back to get his cloak.
19.How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers!
20.Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath.
21.For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again. 22.If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.
23.At that time if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ!' or, 'There he is!' do not believe it.
24.For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect—if that were possible.
25See, I have told you ahead of time.
26"So if anyone tells you, 'There he is, out in the desert,' do not go out; or, 'Here he is, in the inner rooms,' do not believe it. 27For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.
29"Immediately after the distress of those days" 'the sun will be darkened,  and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.'
30"At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. 31And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
32"Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. 34I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 35Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

The Day and Hour Unknown
36"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. 37As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 40Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.
42"Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. 43But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. 44So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.
45"Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? 46It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns. 47I tell you the truth, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. 48But suppose that servant is wicked and says to himself, 'My master is staying away a long time,' 49and he then begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink with drunkards. 50The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. 51He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
-------
Mark 16:17
15He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. 16Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. 17And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well."
19After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God. 20Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.
-------
Luke 21
20"When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies, you will know that its desolation is near. 21Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those in the city get out, and let those in the country not enter the city. 22For this is the time of punishment in fulfillment of all that has been written. 23How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! There will be great distress in the land and wrath against this people. 24They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
25"There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. 26Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. 27At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near."
-------
John 3:2
2He came to Jesus at night and said, "Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him."
-------
John 3:2
2He came to Jesus at night and said, "Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him."
-------
John 4:48
48"Unless you people see miraculous signs and wonders," Jesus told him, "you will never believe."
John 6:2
2and a great crowd of people followed him because they saw the miraculous signs he had performed on the sick.
-------
John 6:26
26Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, you are looking for me, not because you saw miraculous signs but because you ate the loaves and had your fill. 27Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. On him God the Father has placed his seal of approval."
28Then they asked him, "What must we do to do the works God requires?"
29Jesus answered, "The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent."
30So they asked him, "What miraculous sign then will you give that we may see it and believe you? What will you do? 31Our forefathers ate the manna in the desert; as it is written: 'He gave them bread from heaven to eat.'[c]"
32Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but it is my Father who gives you the true bread from heaven. 33For the bread of God is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world."
34"Sir," they said, "from now on give us this bread."
35Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty. 36But as I told you, you have seen me and still you do not believe. 37All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. 38For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. 39And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. 40For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day."
-------
John 7:31
31Still, many in the crowd put their faith in him. They said, "When the Christ comes, will he do more miraculous signs than this man?"
-------
John 9:16
16Some of the Pharisees said, "This man is not from God, for he does not keep the Sabbath."
But others asked, "How can a sinner do such miraculous signs?" So they were divided.
-------
John 11:48
"What are we accomplishing?" they asked. "Here is this man performing many miraculous signs. 48If we let him go on like this, everyone will believe in him, and then the Romans will come and take away both our place[a] and our nation."
-------
John 12:37
37Even after Jesus had done all these miraculous signs in their presence, they still would not believe in him.
-------
John 20:30
29Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."
30Jesus did many other miraculous signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. 31But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.

Romans 12
1Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. 2Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. THEN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TEST AND APPROVE what GOD'S WILL IS—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Romans 15:19
19by the power of signs and miracles, through the power of the Spirit. So from Jerusalem all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ.
-------
2 Thessalonians 2:9
1Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers, 2not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by some prophecy, report or letter supposed to have come from us, saying that the day of the Lord has already come. 3Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for (that day will not come) until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. 4He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God's temple, proclaiming himself to be God.

5Don't you remember that when I was with you I used to tell you these things? 6And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. 7For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. 8And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. 9The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, 10and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.
---------
Hebrews 2:4
4God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.
Revelation 13:13
13And he performed great and miraculous signs, even causing fire to come down from heaven to earth in full view of men. 14Because of the signs he was given power to do on behalf of the first beast, he deceived the inhabitants of the earth. He ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived.
Revelation 16:14
14They are spirits of demons performing miraculous signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.
Revelation 19:20
20But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.

Sin & Sickness

Sin & Sickness

"Sickness is to our bodies, what sin is to our soul." (Bill Johnson) Do they go hand in hand? I believe it does, but not always.

Sickness, disease, birth defects (etc.) and death only entered the earth After SIN entered the earth by the Sin of Adam and Eve. So it is important to note, they do go hand in hand regardless if they are actually related in anyones body. You yourself are in control of your body, you know if you are sinning. If so repent.

Jesus said "What is easier to say? Your sins are forgiven. OR Get up, take your mat and walk.?"

Let me put it another way for you to understand this... What is easier to you to say? I can lift 1,000 lbs? OR Let me show you I can lift 1,000 lbs, watch this!

Do you see the difference? One has just words, and one has proof of Power.

Why does a mans sin have to do with his healing? I am not totally sure, but we can see evidence of a sure connection in these 2 verses.

John 5:14
Jesus heals an invalid 38 year old man. Later he says "STOP SINNING OR SOMETHING WORSE MAY HAPPEN to you."

James 5:
Is anyone of you sick, He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and to anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in FAITH will make the sick person well. The Lord will raise him up. If HE HAS SINNED he will be forgiven. THEREFORE CONFESS YOUR SINS TO EACH ANOTHER AND PRAY FOR EACH OTHER SO THAT YOU MAY BE HEALED. The prayer of a righteous man is Powerful and Effective.

ON THE OTHER HAND....

John 9:2-9
1. As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth.
2. His disciples asked him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?"
 3. "Neither this man nor his parents sinned," said Jesus, "but this happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life.
4. As long as it is day, we must do the work of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work.
5. While I am in the world, I am the light of the world."
 6. Having said this, he spit on the ground, made some mud with the saliva, and put it on the man's eyes.
7. "Go," he told him, "wash in the Pool of Siloam" (this word means Sent). So the man went and washed, and came home seeing.
 8. His neighbors and those who had formerly seen him begging asked, "Isn't this the same man who used to sit and beg?"
9. Some claimed that he was. Others said, "No, he only looks like him." But he himself insisted, "I am the man."

In John 9 we can see that Physical problems are not always the cause from sin. The truth of THIS MATTER was that this man was made this way so that the Power of God can be shown in HIS LIFE. (SO GOD WOULD GET THE GLORY) What can we extract from this? There are a few people who were made this way, just to have the Power of God transform them with a healing touch FROM YOU. We are the vessels that God works through. If we do not get up and act by (trying) to heal them, then these folks may go through life without the transforming Power in them. So who's to blame? God or You? If God has given us the Power and Authority to do so, so that he may be magnified through it, is God to blame? Our ignorance doesn't let you off the leash. "You will find me when you seek me with ALL your Heart!"

If you pity them for their problem and do not lay hands on them and pray with them, and at least try to heal them... You should be the one that pity rests with.

Ignorance is not bliss, it's stupidity. It's happily igoring something you know you should know and do. You were given a brain to think. If you choose to stay ignorant, then that is just dumb. And you are to blame for any short comings, not God.

Obedience & Responsibility

It might seem juvinile to define these two but let's start with that.
Obedience is doing something you are told.
Responsibility is doing something you have chosen or have been chosen to do.

Let's start off with an example, you own a dog, you are responisble to feed and walk him.
AND
When your a kid, your dad tells you to feed and walk the dog when you get home from school, do you choose to obey or not?

Both examples have consequences for good or bad.
Both are tied to something more significant then the task at hand.
Both have higher long term rewards when followed. But one is a personal reward and one is a reward given by the commander.
They are so closely related you can hardly distinguish the two, except one comes with a form of disobedience and one with personal preference.

Romans 4:4
Now when a man works, his wages are NOT credited to him as a gift, but as an OBLIGATION. 5. However, to the man who does Not work but Trusts God, his faith is credited as righteousness.

How do we as Christians view the Christian walk.... Do we view it as a walk of Responsibility or Obedience? Let me me put it this way, If you have the option to witness to a none believer...is it Responsibility or Obedience? Do we get to choose how we live or has it been told to us in a certain sense? Are we living to our fullest potential in Christ or are we moving at the pace we feel comfortable with? When we see another person in need do we stop to help? When we see a homeless person do we stop and speak life into them?

I was confronted with a lot of friends recently that are struggling with Obedience & Fasting. I wanted to encourage (in a Frank kind of a way) as best as I could. If you are reading this, and God has told you to do something recently, and you are hesitating to do it... Just do it! Don't wait, don't argue, just do it! God is preparing His people for something Big and He wants us ready for it. How can we be ready if we are not Obedient?

As a father I request my children to be obedient under my care. Why? For their protection, for their guidance, for their welfare. Under no circumstance does it involve them being slaves. (Do What I Say) I Love them. If I Love them, then I care for them. Our walk with God is very similar as we trust God and Obey His leading.

I want to say I hate fasting! I LOVE FOOD! But when God tells me to do something, It's for my own good. If that is fasting, so be it. If it is something else, so be it. He requests it for a reason. I'll find out some day what for, maybe not right away. But I will.

I recently have be-friended a homeless man. As I got to know him by spending a lot of time with him, I learned about his addictions. I learned that his alcohol and cigarettes had control over him. I learned he was not willing to give them up. He was comfortable in his own sin. I noticed several other Christian friends were comfortable in their sin as well. This fell in the part with Obedience. Biblically we should not be involved with anything that has control over us. (Addictions) I have a found a lot of Christian friends that God has told to go on a fast or to do something and they chose not to. WHY? If God has told you to go on a fast, do you not think that He has a bigger plan for you wether that is long term or short. With Obedience comes Responsibility to follow out the command. We will find the rewards are greater if we obey quicker then if we hesitate. Maybe God is preparing His people! A time of fasting is a time in closeness with God and a time depriving the body of a desire (food & sex). Is that biblical, yes (1 Corinthians 7:5 Do not deprive one another except with consent for a time, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again so that Satan does not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.) It is clear that the physical body needs time off so the Spirit can be renewed, readjusted, put back into control of the body so that satin does not dominate. This verse sounds like a command (instruction) with a reward if followed.

What happens when we Obey God? (Luke 19:17 "Well done, my good servant!' his master replied. 'Because you have been trustworthy in a very small matter, take charge of ten cities. Matthew 25:21 "His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!') Obedience is rewarded. Wether it is rewarded by something we notice (physical realm) or not (supernatural realm) we must continue to be ready and willing to be obedient.

As we go deeper with this we find Obedience to be a stronger bond between us and God. For if we continue to be obedient, we are asked more of. And if we are asked more of, we receive more blessings to do more things. Deeper blessings means Deeper intimacy. But with knowing comes consequences. (Luke 12:47-48 "That servant who knows his master's will and does not get ready or does not do what his master wants will be beaten with many blows. 48But the one who does not know and does things deserving punishment will be beaten with few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.) We find through this passage we have Responsibility through Obedience. This passage shows us the positive and negative effects of obedience vs disobedience.

Nowhere in the New Testament does it tell us to fast. I think it is more implied as a guide. What is it about fasting that so many struggle with it? First of all I am talking about a biblical food & sex fast, not a TV or video game fast. Fasting allows our Body to be submissive to the Spirit. We live in a physical world where the Body dominates day to day. So much so that the Body usually controls the Spirit side of things when we are confronted with issues daily. Let me show you an example... When you are on an ocean of water and Jesus tells you to walk on it, what would you think right away? WHAT?...Is that really you Jesus? Or would you just jump? We are dominated by our five senses. Fasting helps us to organize our Body -> Soul -> Spirit - to - Spirit -> Soul -> Body. So when God tells you to fast, He has a reason. Do it. He may be getting you ready for something He knows is coming soon. Making you stronger and obedient.

How long should you fast? Ask God! God has usually told me when and how long each time. Fasting to me has always been a personal time with God. He's either put it on my heart or told me to fast. Usually the latter.

Prayer is an important role mixed with fasting. This is your intimate time with God. Your special time to seek Him. Ask Him why He wanted you to go on that fast if you want? What you should be praying for specifically? Connect to His heart. Build your deeper relationship with Him. "When I am weak, He is strong." (Can we use this verse here? Sure, why not.) Fasting and prayer breaks walls in the Spiritual realm we can not sense with our physical senses. (Jesus said about a boy needing healing, this kind can only come out through prayer & fasting.) That implies there is a Spiritual realm that needs to be tapped into to receive a breakthrough from Heaven to Earth.

When God tells you to do something, do not hesitate. Hesitation often leads to a loss of a reward (anointing). My father went to a healing service a few years back to get his back healed, the preacher had a word of knowledge for someone in the audience to come forward with a back problem. My dad did not go, he was a little afraid, instead he waited until the end and went up after to get prayed for. The anointing was taken away by then and he did not receive his healing. I believe God wanted glory in front of everyone and allowing my dad to be a spectical to show others what He could do. (I don't want to go into "healing" why it didn't work-there was a reason for it, and I know the answer) When God tells you to do something, do it, do it quickly. Some of you have the ability to ask for specific direction in your conversation with God. Praise God, if that's your way of talking to God, go for it. I don't have that luxury! I simply follow His direction.

Why be obedient? Why not just hang 10 and go with the flow? I don't want to burden myself with no food... I'll starve! I hate fasting! Wow! That sounds like an adiction. Spirit first, then Physical. Are your rewards greater then your losses? You may not see your rewards all the time, but I guarantee you they are there. Be Strong! Seek Him! Preserver! Be Obedient!

Remember, God desires Obedience over Repentance (sacrifice).

In All things Praise God! Renew Your mind daily-

PRAYER

I think it is important before we pray to KNOW just what God has given us the ability to do ourselves so we do not ask Him for something He has given us the ability already to do our selves. We can see so many times in the lives of the apostles just what Power and Authority has been given to them and us, and yet we turn around a cry and beg God to do that which He has given us the ability to do our selves. When Jesus and the disciples where in the boat crossing the water and a squal broke out, Jesus was like (What's up with you guys! Why are you afraid?? Hello! you have been given that Authority to rebuke the storm.) We inherited Jesus Authority, All Of It, and more. You need to believe it in order to tap into it (to grab it). It is the Power within you, given to you by Christ (it is not yours alone!)

I am not against pray, I love prayer, more so intercessory prayer. Intercessory prayer is a connection to God's heart, invading the supernatural and taking command of the evil forces. This goes right up there with speaking in tounges.

Many people use prayer as a time to unwind, a time to let it all out, dump your stuff out, unload... Boy imagine if you came home each day and your spouse did that to you! Yeah, that wouldn't work out so well. Relationship is a two way thing. When we pray do we ask God to help people? Or are we doing as much as we can to help those people and ask God to pick up the slack we can't handle?

Prayer must be persisted! Presistance in prayer brings breakthroughs.

Medical Physical Problems -vs- Evil Spirits

-Are they related? What's the bible say?

Mark 9
The Healing of a Boy with an Evil Spirit
14 When they came to the other disciples, they saw a large crowd around them and the teachers of the law arguing with them.
15 As soon as all the people saw Jesus, they were overwhelmed with wonder and ran to greet him.
16 "What are you arguing with them about?" he asked.
17 A man in the crowd answered, "Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit that has robbed him of speech.
18 Whenever it seizes him, it throws him to the ground. He foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth and becomes rigid. I asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but they could not."
19 "O unbelieving generation," Jesus replied, "how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy to me."
20 So they brought him. When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw the boy into a convulsion. He fell to the ground and rolled around, foaming at the mouth.
21 Jesus asked the boy's father, "How long has he been like this?"  "From childhood," he answered.
22 "It has often thrown him into fire or water to kill him. But if you can do anything, take pity on us and help us."
23 'If you can'?" said Jesus. "Everything is possible for him who believes."
24 Immediately the boy's father exclaimed, "I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!"
25 When Jesus saw that a crowd was running to the scene, he rebuked the evil spirit. "You deaf and mute spirit," he said, "I command you, come out of him and never enter him again."
26 The spirit shrieked, convulsed him violently and came out. The boy looked so much like a corpse that many said, "He's dead."
27 But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him to his feet, and he stood up.
28 After Jesus had gone indoors, his disciples asked him privately, "Why couldn't we drive it out?"
29 He replied, "This kind can come out only by prayer."

I find it difficult to go against the flow of conventional thinking sometimes, but the more I press into the word, the more I understand how much I've been deceived in my thinking and want to share it with others. I know that when God made us, we were made in His image, that was "pureness", without sickness or physical problems. When man sinned evil entered into this world, evil brought death, sickness and disease. We can look back to Jobs life and see, the devil had to ASK for access into Jobs life to give him sickness, because he was a RIGHTEOUS man. God protected him. The Old Testament is very different then the New. The main understanding is Jesus paid for our sins. Sin has no more power over us if we choose to use that Authority Christ gave us. Because of Adam and Eves sin, this brought us a lot of problems. It is important to note, this is NOT God's doing, this is man's.

I know when Jesus was on earth, he healed ALL, some he healed and some he drove out spirits. This makes me conclude that not every sickness is evil, rather just normal physical wear and tear on the body problems. BUT however, sickness of any kind is not of God since we were created in His image (pure) and are now Heirs through Him (atonement of Christ), therefore thess medical problems should go. They do NOT belong and WE have POWER over them. I strongly believe our FAITH has a vital part in the Healing process as it is so often talked about in conjunction to Healings in the Bible. All in all it is the release of the Holy Spirit's Power that brings Healing. In many cases it was released through FAITH.

My thought is to always rebuke sickness of any kind (mentally or physically) as it is NOT of God. (I think it's important to note I am not against Drs. AND I believe they are closer to doing God's work then some Pastors) There are many medical problems today that we could look at, like in Mark 9:14-29 and say that this guy had what we call Epilepsy today. Our diagnosis is he should take 3 red pills by the Dr every night to keep the Epilepsy from taking over. That's OK to do AFTER we COMMAND and did what we could and know to do to stand against the problem Biblically. If someone broke into your house and started trashing it with you standing right there, what would you do? Just let them do it? Call the Police maybe? Or would you physically defend Your House you own? You have the legal right to defend your house and family if someone is in it. How much more valuable is your body, your temple of God? Mark 9 Jesus says this is a spirit that is in this boys life. This was a classic example of what we call Epilepsy in todays age. Our medical understanding of what Epilepsy is anyway. So it is actually inaccurate to say that medical problems are Not the cause of evil spirits, nor is it correct to say that Physical problems are just normal conditions. The truth is we don't fully know like the disciples didn't know. This life we live is viewed on one side, the physical realm. This is how we base everything. Even with the technology today we limit God by Our Knowledge in the area of Medical Understanding. We abscure Our ability to adiquitly see the possibilities of Gods ability in those situations because WE KNOW, WE HAVE MEDICAL UNDERSTANDING of the problem, and those 3 red pills do the trick. Why do anything else? Why pray? We have a simpler answer! The good new is, the disciples left a good guideline for us to follow. When your Commands don't work, switch to plan B. "Prayer and Fasting!" How long? That's between you and the Holy Spirit. I personally am told how long to. So I can only say out of experience to find out how long to. Let Him be your guide. I am NOT saying don't take your meds! I am saying seek God first on the issue for healing before we rely on man's (Dr.s) opinion. Dr.s have a vital roll in conjunction with God, they both want to make people well. Dr.s do have their place, but that is SECOND not first. I went off on a tangent about Dr.s and Meds, sorry.

One time heard a preacher say I used to pray for 4 hours to get my head ache to go away, now I take 3 advil and pray 4 hours for other things. It's a choice! It's your choice. Are you willing to fight for it, or are you satisified with your meds? His situation was on another level of using his time wisely. But you get the picture.

You want to see something that God just pointed out out me. Verse 17 - "Teacher, I brought YOU my son".... Who did that man bring the boy to? The Disciples! The disciples became Jesus, the reflection from whom those men walked with daily and they had the same power. (like feeding the 5,000) Yes, you'll find that read in other translations as well. The boy wasn't actually brought to Jesus until after He said bring the boy to me. Interesting huh! Yes, we as disciples, as followers, as Christians have been given the Holy Spirits Power to conquor those problems in our lives. There will be times that our commands will seem not to work, and that is not the time to give up and say this must be the soverienty of God, for we know through scripture that Jesus healed ALL. Press on and find out the deeper question, WHY? What must I do to unleash His Power though me. What am I doing wrong that I am not allowing the Holy Spirit to flow through me? What can I change? We are mere conductors of His Power. In rear occasions does the Holy Spirit unleash His Power without a human conductor. Most cases it is through another person. You are that person.

When you see someone with a problem or even to that extent born with a problem. Don't blame God. This may be one of those opportunities God set up JUST FOR YOU to do His work. To heal that person. Just like when the disciples asked the question, "Teach who sinned this man or his parent's that he was born blind, Neither, but for the moment that God gets the glory for his healing." I do not believe God made him that way, it may have been natural (well the natural as we know it, not natural to God's realm.) If you look at someone that has a problem and you choose not to pray over them because of your fear, pitty yourself for an opportunity that may have been lost for God to receive the Glory. Are you more afraid God will not release His Power through you or are you more afraid of your feelings that you'll look like a smoe if they don't get healed? (What's the worse that can happen? Nothing. What's the BEST that can happen? They get healed!) If it's doubt and fear controlling you, don't expect anything to happen then, not because I say so because the scriptures say so. "He is like a reed being swayed in the wind, a double minded man, he will receive nothing. But if you are BOLD and not hindered by that, you can conqure all.

I heard Bill Johnson say "The disciples and Jesus didn't pray for healing, they commanded it!" That is why when the boy with Epliepsy came by they couldn't figure out what to do because what they did up until then worked. There are many tangents I would love to go off on, so this little one I'll through in here. It is important to understand the difference between commanding the devil/demons and commanding God. When I say to command healing, I am saying command the sickness, disease, pain, to go away. The problem is not of God, so by commanding it we are not working against God, but with Him. See Jesus told us to "Go out and heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepors." Now if God tells you to do something, why would you ask God to do (in prayer) what He commissioned us to do? That's like your boss telling you to do something, and you turing around and asking him to do what he told you to do. That would really make him scratch his head. Sorry for that tangent again.

I feel the presence of the Holy Spirit moving in our church, and even more so a small piece of revival starting. I've seen a lot of changes taking place in the hearts of those, especially in our group. I'm excited! Do not be ashamed to declare God anywhere you go in all things you do. Expect things to happen through the mighty name of Jesus!

Jesus Feeds the Five Thousand

Matthew 14:
13When Jesus heard what had happened, he withdrew by boat privately to a solitary place. Hearing of this, the crowds followed him on foot from the towns. 14When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed their sick.
15As evening approached, the disciples came to him and said, "This is a remote place, and it's already getting late. Send the crowds away, so they can go to the villages and buy themselves some food."
16Jesus replied, "They do not need to go away. YOU GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO EAT."
17"We have here only five loaves of bread and two fish," they answered.
18"Bring them here to me," he said. 19And he directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and THE DISCIPLES GAVE THEM TO THE PEOPLE. 20They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. 21The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children.
----
I read this last week, and I have over looked this very important line in the passage so many time before, but now it is so plain to me. "YOU GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO EAT" Jesus said. You all know that I believe that we ALL as Christians have the same resurecting power that Christ has. We may differ in thought of how to obtain it, but here is a clear visual of Christ telling His disciples to do something and when THEY acted, Christ's power flowed through their obedience to Him. See Christ Prayed and Blessed the food, but it was actually the disciples who multiplied the food, they are the ones who handed it out. I am not bringing Christ down by saying this, however saying that His Power is what enabled the multiplication THROUGH His disciples through their actions. By no means could the disciples been able to do what they did without Christ. BUT (TODAY), through Christ's ATONEMENT (AND) we being heirs of His Divine Power, we can release His power through us, to glorify His name. We have this symbiotic relationship with Him as we are in him.

Can any Christian? Yes. At any time? Yes, for the glory of God. Will it work every time? That is a deep question. Short answer, probably not, but that should not stop, discourage, or hinder you from trying. (Strive for 100%-and do NOT be discouraged when the Authority does not manifest its self, but search for answers why. And don't blame God as Christ at NO point, did NOT extend His power to help another willing to reach out to Him) The longer answer is, Deep Person Relationship with Jesus will enable you to hear Him better, understand more, grow closer, flow easier in His power that He appointed to us. I am not seeking power just to say I have power. I am seeking my father with ALL I AM with the new understanding of my inheritance. To be FULLY effective, I need to know ALL I have, so He may be glorified in the release of His power in me. My fear is that many Christians will NOT try to obtain there inheritance due to NOT fully understanding what they could have, as many believe they need to ask God for Him to do something. Instead of accepting it belongs to them, and being bold, and commanding it to flow.

The BIGGEST enemy in the church is NOT satin, but a complacent Christian. I know my words may have irritated some, but I also believe I have moved others to a place of digging deeper in understanding. I don't fear what others think, I fear what will Not happen if others don't move. Again I am not condeming anyone. You ask God to test your heart, you take a quick servey in yourself and ask, Am I giving MY ALL for Christ? Have I surrendered EVERYTHING, EVERY part of my life to Him? Am I leaving any doors closed (just because I may want to return to them later) And, do I see the fruits of Christ's Power and Authority that we seen in Christ's life?

I am trying to say we need to tap into this vision of a realm that we never think about, we loose focus on because we don't see it. We need to be MORE aware of the forces that are at work there and once our attention is there, we won't worry about what we see with our human eyes (senses), but the eyes of our heart (the spirit realm with demonic forces at work). THEN, you will know how to fight because your sight will be clear. We are at war weather you want to or not, how you fight is up to you. So the question is... At what part will you say I am ALL in?

I understand that my life is on display to see what fruits will come of this, because of the posts that I write, and what kind of power will show. I don't mind standing naked being bold for Christ. I pray that my walk will be one that moves thousands, if not millions. I do NOT have all the answers but I have more questions answered than what I started with and my journey is divine! I would appreciate all prayers in your daily walk as I know through my boldness I am/will be under attack from demonic forces. I have found my family suffers more than I do. I HATE those demons, they better fear me!

Mark 6:37
37 But he answered, "YOU GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO EAT."
They said to him, "That would take eight months of a man's wages! Are we to go and spend that much on bread and give it to them to eat?"
------
Luke 9
13He replied, "YOU GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO EAT."
They answered, "We have only five loaves of bread and two fish—unless we go and buy food for all this crowd." 14(About five thousand men were there.)

Dad, I thank you for your love for us. You are so awesome! So magnificent! I ask that you move in all of us and that our hearts are open to hear you daily. I pray for the passion you gave me, that it becomes contagious. Help us to focus on You and not be distracted by life's issues. Help our spiritual eyes to see the realm we forget about so often. And our spiritual ears be a-tune to Your voice. We praise your holy and magnificent name through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen!
Be Blessed!

Peter's Denial

Peter's Denial-

Ever wonder why Peter Denied knowing Jesus AFTER 3 years of walking with Him and doing Miracles with Him? He denied knowing Jesus 3 times. Your first thoughts might be like mine and say he just didn't want to get caught. I do not believe that is the case anymore. Put yourself in his shoes as I describe this to you in my new understanding.

As Jesus was telling them that they were going to come for Him and take Him away. Peter said Never I shall die for you if I need to. Jesus said would you really Peter? Satin asked me to sift you like weat. Ouch! That's makes Peter more Bold inside. Telling himself I will defend Jesus at all costs. (This wasn't Jesus' plan-but Peter didn't know that) When the guards came to arrest Jesus, Peter instintively drew his sword and cut off the ear of a high priest because he determined in his heart to defend Jesus to the death. Now Jesus seeing this basically yelled at Peter saying what am I leading a rebellion that you draw your swords... Jesus heals the mans ear, Peter is dismayed and does not know what to do. He had it so drilled into his mind to defend Jesus, but Jesus tells him not to. Peter is a little confused, not sure what to do, defending and fighting are out of the question. How was he supposed to defend Jesus? He's confused, so he kind of retreats, not just physically but passionately (emotionally) too. So when confronted by people those three times Peter can now only come to one conclusion, don't fight, run from any fighting, Because Jesus was against it. Now this wasn't his idea of how things would turn out at all. He wanted to defend Jesus and there he was being beaten and crusified right infront of him and he could do nothing because Jesus wanted him not to fight. He's confused!

Ever been there before, when things happened in certain way and it wasn't quite how you thought it should have turned out, but you can see it was God's plan. In the beginning it seems like your expectations get crushed, then you finally see the work of God involved. Look for the reasons things happen and not their circumstances! What I mean is don't focus on the problem, look at the long term goal/reason it may have happened. It's hard I know! I've heard a lot of people who had car problems, kid problems, etc that delayed them from work on 911. Balem and his donkey is a good example too. Be receptive to issues that happen.

Spiritual Inheritance

Spiritual Understanding Inheritance 1/5/08

Divine family, I want to share something that happened this week. I'm going to try to keep this short!
For some time now I've been praying for my sons inheritances. One of my prayers goes something like this. "Let my ceiling, be my sons floor" Meaning this building of Spiritual Understanding that I obtain, be passed to them, that where I leave off, becomes their foundation. I don't want them to replicate my human qualities, but have a SOLID foundation for their life in the Truth of Jesus. It starts early. I believe a lot of what was taught in the early churches was lost in the inheritances over the years.

All that to say... Saturday we made our rounds to Wal•Mart almost half way through Christina gets a migrain. (NO, the spirit of Smith Wigglesworth did not come over me and I did not slap her.) I prayed right there in Wallyworld, with Authority as I've been learning. (My thing is I think I give up to soon, and possible with not enough agression.) Anywho, I prayed for her with 2 winey kids in the cart. Man it was hard to concentrate! Nothing ended up manifesting itself, no problem, that doesn't discourage me from next time. My story starts here though. After we got home, Chris lied on the couch, and I was trying to keep the boys in their room so Chris could have some quiet, until that demon left her. (Yeah, it's hard to hear that huh.) (Well maybe it was a natural causes??) I don't care both the same to me, it's something that doesn't belong in the body, and it should go! While the kids where playing, I decided to call my parents. It took a little longer than I thought, so I went into another room, NOT knowing Noah came out and went right up to Christina and said "I'm going to pray for you mommy." He put his hand over her forehead right where it hurt and said "In the name of Jesus, take mommy's head ache away. A-men!" Just like he's been doing that for a long time now. With-in an hour her head ache left her. I didn't find out about that until some time later.

I never taught him that! He must have seen me doing it?? I didn't think Noah was at the age to understand these things yet. Praise God!!! Ohh Praise God!!! It's only been a few months that I've been praying that prayer of inheritance, but WOW. Isn't that Awesome! Just wanted to share that with yall!
Praise God!!!

Spiritual Realm

Spiritual Gifts/Spiritual Warfare

Kings and Queens, my royal family! I post more on healing for you to be encouraged by.

What do we know about the spiritual realm? Not a lot. We know we have been given gifts of the Spirit. My FORMER belief was (A gift is to be given to whom ever the giver gives it to) I asked for the gift of tongues and never got it, so I believed I was not to receive it. NOW I understand that the GIFTS of the Spirit where given in the atonement, it is just us who don't grab that what was put in front of us. We need to desire FULLY to get it if we have not yet received. I know I know, most of you are going to go right to the scripture that talks about (...to one the gift of tongues, to another the gift of healing, to another the gift of prophesy...) READ Carefully, as I thought the same too. Verse 6 (There are different kinds of working, but the same God works ALL OF THEM IN ALL MEN.) Let's dig here for a minute. Let's take that thought and look at Matthew 7:8 & Luke 11:10 (For everyone who ASKS receives; he who SEEKS finds; and to him who KNOCKS, the door will be opened.) It doesn't stop at (he who asks receives), Jesus is talking about persistance & perceverance. How quickly some of us give up. Now my understanding in what Paul was talking about in the Spiritual Gifts working in one body is that there are those who will be stronger in one of those areas, but we all can have them (if we desire them). Verse 11 (...and he gives them to each one, just as he determines.) who determines? he (you) NOT He (God) I think it is safe to say we all have some wisdom (vs 8) even faith (vs 9) As we had to have faith to receive Christ into our hearts.

What am I getting at? I want us to dig dig dig, to receive your entire, FULL, inheritance. Why would you want to walk around half armed in a war that is all around you. YES that supernatural realm that we hardly ever think about. Yet when we typically encounter a problem and we quickly blame it on the physical. Why? We see it with our physical eyes. Do you look at things with your spiritual eyes, in a supernatural way? Hey, maybe it is physical! But even still, physical or spiritual realm, Jesus CAN Heal! Remember that blind man, that when the question came up from his disciples (why is this man blind, did he sin or his parents, Jesus said neither, but that he may be healed for the glory of God.) That was a physical problem, not a supernatural. So there where no demons to cast out, even so Jesus healed him.

My deeper desire is that we all become more aware of the spiritual realm, strive to receive your gifts. Pray daily, even hourly, anytime, all the time. Speak in tongues (quietly) as you go about your business daily. You may be surprised, you will start to recognize the supernatural realm more then the physical. Your focus starts to change from carnal thinking to Spiritual. Oh yeah! Try it. It's awesome.

If you do not have any gifts of the Spirit and or desire for them pray diligently, and don't stop. (persistance & perceverance) God says he will give you! Believe and Receive! But just like the women with bleeding, persistance to push your way to the front only to touch a part of the robe, that faith healed her. Don't stop, press on!
----------
1 Corinthians 12
1Now about spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be ignorant. 2You know that when you were pagans, somehow or other you were influenced and led astray to mute idols. 3Therefore I tell you that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, "Jesus be cursed," and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except by the Holy Spirit.
4There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. 6There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men.
7Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. 8To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, 9to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, 10to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. 11All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each one, just as he determines.
12The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ. 13For we were all baptized by one Spirit into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink.
14Now the body is not made up of one part but of many. 15If the foot should say, "Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body," it would not for that reason cease to be part of the body. 16And if the ear should say, "Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body," it would not for that reason cease to be part of the body. 17If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? 18But in fact God has arranged the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be. 19If they were all one part, where would the body be? 20As it is, there are many parts, but one body.
21The eye cannot say to the hand, "I don't need you!" And the head cannot say to the feet, "I don't need you!" 22On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, 23and the parts that we think are less honorable we treat with special honor. And the parts that are unpresentable are treated with special modesty, 24while our presentable parts need no special treatment. But God has combined the members of the body and has given greater honor to the parts that lacked it, 25so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. 26If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.
27Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. 28And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, also those having gifts of healing, those able to help others, those with gifts of administration, and those speaking in different kinds of tongues. 29Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? 30Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues? Do all interpret? 31But eagerly desire the greater gifts.
And now I will show you the most excellent way.
-----------
Luke 11
5Then he said to them, "Suppose one of you has a friend, and he goes to him at midnight and says, 'Friend, lend me three loaves of bread, 6because a friend of mine on a journey has come to me, and I have nothing to set before him.'
7"Then the one inside answers, 'Don't bother me. The door is already locked, and my children are with me in bed. I can't get up and give you anything.' 8I tell you, though he will not get up and give him the bread because he is his friend, yet because of the man's boldness he will get up and give him as much as he needs.
9"So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 10For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.

Old & New Testament- Where Do You Live?

Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt I had to write and Urge you to contend for the FAITH that was Once And For ALL entrusted to the saints. Jude 1:3

We all believe that Jesus died once and for all for our sins. So why don't we live the FAITH that is shown to us by Him and the Disciples? Do we dwell to much in the Old Testament?

This subject is going to be a little hard for some to digest so I will try to do my best in explaining it through easily. I think it very nesesary as it is a fundamental understanding to support other areas in the New Testament, especially "Why we have Christ's power to Heal" It's not anything new then what I've been saying, just a little more in depth. It is a little different then things we've heard growing up, so put on your spiritual ears, open your heart, and bite your tongue.

Old Testament (Old Covenant) Old Contract (Old Declaration/Agreement)
-Established to show us of our sins.

New Testament (New Covenant) New Contract (New Declaration/Agreement)
-Freedom from sin and bondage from the devils domain.

There are clear differences between the Old and New Testaments. BUT we always get taught with them as one. This has been going on for so long we often view it that way. BUT they should be viewed separately for the topics at hand. The Old talks about sin, yet the New talks about freedom from sin. I am not discrediting the Old in any way. I am not abolishing the Old! The Old is VERY important! The life of Job for instance, there are virtues there that need to be seen, like Righteousness, Boldness & Perseverance!

WHY? Why view the OT and NT as individuals? We NO longer with condemnation from God as in the OT. The Veil was torn! God no longer views us as sin, with sin, since in Jesus we are Righteous. And vise versa, God is NO longer a God of Wrath, but of Love as shown in the life of Jesus. Jesus is our High Priest forever! How can we live as in the OT when we have been forgiven? The way we approach God is very different and the way God views us is very much different.

There are difference between the two Covenants and the stories you read. God is no longer going to let satin have control over us. (like in Job) Jesus won that victory from satin! We no longer need to go to God for certain things either, cause Jesus paid that price for us too. Jesus gave US that Authority. Now understand PLEASE, I am NOT saying what ever you command will happen, or what ever you desire you can have. (Read Pauls letters to understand your rights of an heir of Christ.) Satin has no power over you (like Job) other than that which we give him (like in the Garden of eden) by listening to the subtle lies of his thoughts put into our head. Old testament leaders walk differently than we would today. We should still follow their example and understand the meanings within the stories, but "Our righteousness is NOT a filthy rage!" Our Spirit is 100% Wall to Wall clean as a Christian. My Spirit is NEW as my acceptance of Jesus in my heart. It's been sealed. I can go on through the old testament and compare how things have changed.

I can already hear a bunch of folks saying, No that can't be, God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Yeah, if your thinking that, then you will need to check your source. Who is? Ahh, Jesus Christ is! Are they the same? No, but they are of one accord.

Hebrews 13:8
13. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

Now I agree in the trinity. But it is important to identify the individuals within the trinity and what part they played. They did in fact play separate rolls. God sent His son, and Jesus sent the Holy Spirit. Though there were the 3, in the Old Testiment there is little talk about the Holy Spirit, and none I know of with the name Jesus. We do see a unison in Genesis 1:16 (see below) Why is it important to clearify this. Because misquote that verse around all the time. The specific understanding of CHRIST "is the same yesterday and today and forever." Further more the prior verse talks about God. So the writer of Hebrews identifies the difference between the two.

Let's look at the prior verse to Hebrews 13:7
7. Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of GOD to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.

WOW! There's a lot to hear here. "Remember your leaders" Who would that be? The Disciples who Preached Gods Word! What was "THEIR way of life"? Healing, and Walking in Authority. I'm talking about AFTER the resurection. Not to mention their Authority during Jesus's life. But they became leaders after the resurection. It goes on to say "Imitate their FAITH." What does their FAITH look like. Stupid question, maybe? First of All let's find out what FAITH is? Hebrews 11:1 says "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." There are 2 parts to that. Hope and Evidence! The typical Christian stops at Hope. I prayed with Faith, now I HOPE God will supply my need. The second part is the MOST important and most forgotten. Evidence! How can you have evidence if something did NOT happen? You can't! This is the part we need to understand, when we pray, God releases it in the supernatural realm. That is the evidence. WE need to grab it, take it, claim it, forcefully or peaceably to manifest itself. Smith Wigglesworth had better outcomes when he prayed forcefully, Andrew Wommack gets better results when he is calm. I think God will use you, with your own characteristics, when you make yourself BOLD for Him. And KNOW when you decide to Exercise your FAITH, there will be a tug-o-war in the spiritual realm. Those demons want to hang on to sickness, disease, depression, addiction, etc. YOU FIGHT! It's YOUR BIRTHRIGHT!

Genesis 1:26 Then God said, "Let US make man in OUR image, in OUR likeness, and let them rule over.... over ALL the earth,... Second evidence of the trinity.

Holy Spirit-
John 14:16
John 14:26
John 15:26
John 16:7
"But I tell you the truth: It is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Couselor (Holy Spirit) will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you."

This verse indicates the Holy Spirit was not available to everyone in the Old Testament like now. And if by the Holy Spirit we can release His Anointing and Power through US, I'd say we have been given freedom unlike that which existed in the Old Testament.

What is more valuable, Salvation (Your Spirit/Soul) or Healing (Physical Manifestations)? I am hoping you are all going to say Salvation! I do to. My point is, if Jesus paid the price for the greater, why is the lesser not viewed as part of the deal (atonement)? See Jesus came to Teach and Heal before the crusifiction. And it says by His stripes we were healed. Simular to our Salvation it was paid for. IT REALLY WAS ENOUGH! Jesus paid the ULTIMATE price! That broken body, the stripes He bore, the disfigurment, the crusifiction. He paid it all!

Isaiah 53:4-5
4. Surely He took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered Him stricken by God, smitten by Him, and afflicted. 5. But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are HEALED.

Where is the Authority being used today in the church? By the pastor? How about the sheep? We all can walk that way. Jesus paid for it. We are free! Satin was defeated on the cross! The bondage we were in because of the "eating of the forbiden tree of knoledge" was released to us. The Earth was made for us to rule, we lost that privilage because of that sin. Jesus brought that back for us. But we can only tap into that through the Holy Spirit. I'm tired of the lies of satin and seeing the "Church of Power" as a "church of complainers".

Case and Point, you all believe Salvation is the most important thing right? How many of us make a point to ask (at least one person a week) if someone they meet is saved or knows Christ? How many a year? We've been taking the complacent approach. The relaxed approach. (I'll let them see Christ in me, and let them come to me when they are ready.) I AM just a guilty as anyone! I am NOT throughing any stones, just calling out the "White Elephant" in the room! I am becoming more aware of things, and am changing as I grow. Becoming Bolder! I am going to try at least once a week and ask someone if they know Christ. What is there to loose? My pride! What do I have to gain? A soul!

Why is it important to clear this up. It is important to understand there is a difference in the Old and New Testiment. Upon Jesus' death, the comforter (Holy Spirit) was given to US. They did NOT have the Holy Spirit in the Old, like we do Now in the New Testament. The Holy Spirit lives in each Christian, unlike the Jews in the OT. Prior to this He could not dwell with us. We NOW have freedom and Authority through Jesus Christ as heirs to All that He has, not past but present. We need to view Our selves with the Freedom and Power Jesus paid for and NOT view our lives in sin, helpless, and in need to beg God for things to happen. You may now view the 2 Testaments a little differently now and stop living in the old FAITH, because you now have freedom and authority in your new FAITH. When reading stories from each be aware of what testament you are in. Then you will start to see a clearity in the distinction of how we should view things differently then the Old.

Matthew 5
An Eye for an Eye (Exodus 21:24; Lev. 24:20; Deut. 19:21)
38. "You have heard that it was said, 'Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.'
39. But I tell you, Do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also.
40. And if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well.
41 If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles.
42. Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you. (Jesus recognizes the difference in the two, and tries to change the Old Views.)

Hebrews 6:20
20. where Jesus, who went before us, has entered on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek. (Jesus makes the difference by His sacrifice)
----
Leviticus 16:29-30
29 "This is to be a lasting ordinance for you: On the tenth day of the seventh month you must deny yourselves [a] and not do any work—whether native-born or an alien living among you- 30 because on this day atonement will be made for you, to cleanse you. Then, before the LORD, you will be clean from all your sins.
----
Hebrews 8:7-8
For if there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, no place would have been sought for another.
But God found fault with the people and said:
"The time is coming, declares the Lord,
when I will make a new covenant
with the house of Israel
and with the house of Judah.
----
Galatians 3:15-29
THE LAW AND THE PROMISE
15. Brothers, let me take an example from everyday life. Just as no one can set aside or add to a human covenant that has been duly established, so it is in this case.
16. The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. The Scripture does not say "and to seeds," meaning many people, but "and to your seed," meaning one person, who is Christ.
17. What I mean is this: The law, introduced 430 years later, does not set aside the covenant previously established by God and thus do away with the promise.
18. For if the inheritance depends on the law, then it no longer depends on a promise; but God in his grace gave it to Abraham through a promise.
19. What, then, was the purpose of the law? It was added because of transgressions until the Seed to whom the promise referred had come. The law was put into effect through angels by a mediator.
20. A mediator, however, does not represent just one party; but God is one.
21. Is the law, therefore, opposed to the promises of God? Absolutely not! For if a law had been given that could impart life, then righteousness would certainly have come by the law.
22. But the Scripture declares that the whole world is a prisoner of sin, so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ, might be given to those who believe.
23. Before this faith came, we were held prisoners by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed.
24. So the law was put in charge to lead us to Christ that we might be justified by faith.
25. Now that faith has come, we are no longer under the supervision of the law.

WE ARE SONS OF GOD-
26. You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus,
27. for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.
28. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
29. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
----
Hebrews 7
11If perfection could have been attained through the Levitical priesthood (for on the basis of it the law was given to the people), why was there still need for another priest to come—one in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron? 12For when there is a change of the priesthood, there MUST ALSO BE A CHANGE OF THE LAW. 13He of whom these things are said belonged to a different tribe, and no one from that tribe has ever served at the altar. 14For it is clear that our Lord descended from Judah, and in regard to that tribe Moses said nothing about priests. 15And what we have said is even more clear if another priest like Melchizedek appears, 16one who has become a priest not on the basis of a regulation as to his ancestry but on the basis of the power of an indestructible life. 17For it is declared: "You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek."

John 14
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall HE DO ALSO; and greater works than these SHALL HE DO; BECAUSE I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

------------------------
Things to ponder:

Well, Jesus is God. Yes and No. They are separate BUT in One accord. God is talked about in the prior verse. So if the Author believes they are the same, why does he differentiate the two? I'll discuss that more in depth in the TRINITY.

Acts 10:38 "how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him." OK so let me get this straight, God anoints Himself (Jesus) with Himself again (Holy Spirit) and power. How does God anoint Himself with Himself and Power? The explanation is they are Three individuals acting in One Accord.

Revelations 5:1-10
Furthermore, Paul shows the individuals separated in this verse when he is in Heaven. He sees God on the throne, then Jesus appears next to Him. (7.Jesus came and took the scroll from the right hand of him who sat on the throne.)

Hebrews 13:7-8
7. Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.
8. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

Genesis 22:2
2 Then God said, "Take your son, your only son, Isaac, whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about."
An eye for an eye! But I say to you, If someone strikes one cheek, turn to him the other cheek.

LOVE

LOVE-

It is the subtleties in the Bible that I love! They are the hidden nuggets of gold! You need to search for them because they are so cool when found! Read this verse, Paul talks about the Holy Spirit and the Gifts of the Holy Spirit in people. That is pretty cool right! The subtle part is way at the end...

1 Corinthians 12:31 But eagerly desire the greater gifts.
AND NOW I WILL SHOW YOU THE MOST EXCELLENT WAY.

LOVE
1 Corinthians 13
1. If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, BUT HAVE NOT LOVE, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.
2. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, BUT HAVE NOT LOVE, I am nothing.
3. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, BUT HAVE NOT LOVE, I gain nothing.
4. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
5. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
7. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
9. For we know in part and we prophesy in part,
10. but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears.
11. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me.
12. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
 13. And now these three remain: FAITH, HOPE and LOVE. But the greatest of these is LOVE.

2 Peter 1
5 For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge;
6 and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness;
7 and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love.
8 For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

There is a secret wisdom here. Deeper then face value. In 1 Corinthians 12, Paul talks about the Gifts of the Spirit. How come sometimes we struggle to receive a gift even to the point we act in FAITH yet it never manifests itself. WHY? I tell you the truth is here before you. The key Paul points out. LOVE! You can have HOPE and FAITH, but not LOVE and that what you confess/desire shall not show itself. OK, your question is WHY is LOVE such an important vital key in this? Let us look at this:

1 Corinthians 8:3 But the man who LOVES God is known by God.

I know what you may say, God is no respecter of persons, true, (Just to clarify.respector of persons means, your title as a human, ie; president, governor, pastor) but God connects to one who LOVES. WHY? Let's see...
1 John 4:8 Whoever does Not LOVE does Not know God, because GOD IS LOVE.

WOW! So God is LOVE! Is love an emotion? Yes, but more so. It is a total connection to God if we LOVE one another. So is this a symbiotic relationship? Yes, let's see...

1 John 4:12-13 No one has ever seen God; but if we LOVE one another, God lives in us and His LOVE is MADE COMPLETE in us. We know that we live in Him and He is us, because He has given us of His Spirit.

OK, so I can access the Spirits Power if I connect with God, by LOVING on another. Yes! How can I be sure? How can I rely on that? Let's see...
1 John 4:16 And so we KNOW and RELY on the LOVE God has for us. GOD IS LOVE. Whoever lives in LOVE Lives in God, and God in him.

Romans 8:11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you.

Now that's good stuff. OK, so how then do I know I am walking in LOVE? How can I change my current ways to Love more? and this FAITH that I have to see Miracles happen seems strong but haven't seen anything manifest yet. Why?

1 John 5:1-5 Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the father loves his child as well. This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our FAITH. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.

So we come full circle from LOVE to FAITH to being OBEDIENT then back to LOVE.

LOVE is key. Before you stop and pray for someone, Stop, turn your heart to them, LOVE them, connect with God, then pray for them.

1 John 4 (God's Love and Ours)
7 Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.
8 Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.
9 This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.
10 This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
11 Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
12 No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.
13We know that we live in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
14 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world.
15 If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God.
16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him.
17 In this way, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment, because in this world we are like him.
18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
19 We love because he first loved us.
20 If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.
21 And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother.

1 John 5 Faith in the Son of God
1Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the father loves his child as well. 2This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. 3This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, 4for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. 5Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.
6This is the one who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth. 7For there are three that testify: 8the Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement. 9We accept man's testimony, but God's testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has given about his Son. 10Anyone who believes in the Son of God has this testimony in his heart. Anyone who does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because he has not believed the testimony God has given about his Son. 11And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

1 John 3
1 How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.
2 Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when he appears,we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.
3 Everyone who has this hope in him purifies himself, just as he is pure.
4 Everyone who sins breaks the law; in fact, sin is lawlessness.
5 But you know that he appeared so that he might take away our sins. And in him is no sin.
6 No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him.
7 Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. He who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous.
8 He who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil's work.
9 No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God's seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God.
10 This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not a child of God; nor is anyone who does not love his brother.
Love one another
11 This is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another.
12 Do not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own actions were evil and his brother's were righteous.
13 Do not be surprised, my brothers, if the world hates you.
14 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love our brothers. Anyone who does not love remains in death.
15 Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life in him.
16 This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers. 17If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him?
18 Dear children, LET US NOT LOVE WITH WORDS OR TONGUE but with ACTION and in TRUTH.
19 This then is how we know that we belong to the truth, and how we set our hearts at rest in his presence 20whenever our hearts condemn us. For God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything.
21 Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God 22and receive from him anything we ask, because we obey his commands and do what pleases him.
23 And this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us.
24 Those who obey his commands live in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.
