Father I pray that your spirit moves in our group, in our church, in our town, in this country. I pray all your churches around the world start to have a fire, a passion, a desire to hunger more for your word. That that passion becomes contagious and that desire grows. Father fill us with your Holy Spirit, pour out Your passion among Your people and bring revival. Father allow your words to penatrait the hearts of the readers and bring a burning desire to grow closer to you.

This month at guys night out we had a deep discussion about God's Healing Power being "God's will" (because we as men can not fathom God's understanding or His Will) -VS- "Our given birth right as Christians." I am writing in regards to those things that we talked about. First and for most, I am not trying to pick bones with anyone, just reveal what the bible has to say. As most of you know I am one who challenges. So if your just OK with where you are as a Christian and ask God for the things He told us to do, then don't do much more, BUT if you want to get fired up, take it up a notch, go beyond that of which you are doing now. Start Digging, look for the FULLNESS you were promised. Claim that which an HEIR has rights to.

What would you say if I had an inheritance my parents left me of 10 million dollars? What would you say if I never used any of it and further more I never claimed it? Well the majority of the church is doing that very thing right now! How much more of an inheritance do you have from Christ? Do you realize you have the same resurecting power and authority to heal and drive out demons that Jesus did? Do you use it? If not (our class phrase) "How's that workin for ya?" Does this power come with a price? You betcha, being sold out for Christ. Here's a NEW phrase... "There is no CO-missioning without SUB-mission to the primary mission." Let that one seep in. That's good stuff! That means you need to change and draw closer.

Why in the world do we keep on getting these posts from Frank? I pray you will find the Truth in my challenges to you by getting closer to Jesus. I am eager to bring you the truth that I recieved (and the truth will set you free) 2 Timothy 3 (16ALLl Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17so that the man of God may be THOROUGHLY equipped for EVERY good work.) I've found a passion that consumes me, a new love to the core of my marrow. I want you all to experience. Of corse it comes with a deep desision to allow God to fully change you, followed by Your willingness to walk in that with out swaying, daily. Why am I looking to claim my inheritance? To simply walk like Jesus did, with power and authority bringing others to the Lord. Everywhere Jesus went he healed the sick. So why don't we? A typical cop-out is to say I prayed about it, I did my part, now let's see what God will do? You need to realize God moved in the Atonement releasing Jesus Power to us. Not to mention Jesus comissioning Us to heal the sick. So if He comissioned us to heal the sick why do you go back and ask Him to heal them? If your boss tells you to do something, do you turn around and tell the boss to do what he just told you to do? Here's another thought, Jesus taught us how to pray (Mathew 6:9-10 Our father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, Your kingdom come. Your WILL be done, ON EARTH as it is IN HEAVEN.) God's WILL is the SAME on Earth as in Heaven. What's that mean? Are there any sick in heaven? NO! That's something to think about.

I'd like to also catagorically go on record saying God does NOT give anyone any disease or sickness to teach them a lesson (Trials) That's just Dump to the second degree.. Dumb Dumb! Some Christians' will relate that to Job.
1) Job never had the Atonement of Christ and the inheritance there of. Our relationship with God has changed.
2) God allowed Satin to smite Job with sickness. Note: Sickness came from Satin, not God.
3) Satin was defeated in the Atonement and there for has no more power other than that which we give him. (We empower satin by entertaining his lies in our thoughts) Oh Frank, what about the Seven sons of Seva? Good question, they got the snot beat out of them. WHY? They didn't know the word. WHO did they come in the name of "Paul who preaches Jesus" They were not prepared and they first put their trust in Paul?? If I walked around saying I come in the name of Mike Rakes who preaches Jesus, doesn't that sound a little screwy? Yeah. I feeling the spirit flowing in your hearts.

As I described Trials:
Start with your focus! Everyone has control of there own thoughts. If a though is evil and does not get cased out, it bears fruit that leads to sin.Is your trial an offspring of that sin? Let's understand what a trail is first. (Something God wants to teach me or show me, right?) Well if you get right down to it, you can decide how to view things at that moment. If you say, man that sucks I can't believe I am in prison unjustly so I must be in a trial. OR You can do what Paul, Peter & John did and rejoice, Praise God! What changes from the point you "start your trial" to the point you "end in it"? The only variable that has changed besides the circumstance would be YOU. Cause God did Not change, amongst your "trail" your heart started to change it's focus, after that happened, your circumstances may have changed. So understand this, IT IS YOU that have the ability to CHANGE YOUR FOCUS. That's what I meant about "trials". A Thorny Rose Boquet! (I should have posted this last week when I wrote it, Pastor spoke on this same thing last night about "your thoughts")

Colossians 1: 25I have become its servant by the commission God gave me to present to you the WORD of GOD in its FULLNESS— 26the MYSTERY that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is NOW disclosed to the saints (to us). 27To them God has chosen to make KNOWN among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this MYSTERY, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

Wisdom From the Spirit
1 Corinthians 2: 6We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but NOT the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. 7No, we speak of God's SECRET WISDOM, a wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined for OUR glory before time began. 8None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 9However, as it is written:
"No eye has seen,
no ear has heard,
no mind has conceived
what God has PREPARED for those who LOVE him"— 10but God HAS revealed it to us by his Spirit.
The Spirit searches ALL things, even the deep things of God. 11For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man's spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 12We have not received the spirit of the world BUT the Spirit who is from God, that we MAY UNDERSTAND what God HAS freely given us. 13This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words. 14The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment:
16"For who has known the mind of the Lord
that he may instruct him?"But we have the mind of Christ.

The WILL of God Revealed
John 15: 14You are my friends if you do what I command. 15I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not KNOW his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I HAVE made KNOWN to YOU. 16You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and BEAR FRUIT—fruit that will last. Then the Father WILL GIVE you WHATEVER you ask in my name.

Matthew 10: 8HEAL THE SICK, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy,drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.

Matthew 9: 35Jesus went through all the towns and villages, TEACHING in their synagogues, PREACHING the good news of the kingdom and HEALING every disease and sickness.

Are we doing ALL these things? I am not condeming anyone. Ask the holy spirit if there is something you can change in your life to bring personal revival, and what things you can change to allow His Power to flow in you.

The positive spin is, your all going to heaven. BUT are you all going there in His FULLNESS? I want to!!!

We all need to dig deeper in the word, in our hearts, because a couch potato Christian just grows in the ground never to be seen by anyone. My question to all you is... How's That Working For Ya? My next question is, Do you want more? Do you want to dig deeper, bear the fruit Jesus has with Power and Authority. The apostles had healing power, people being healed of all kinds of sicknesses. They also did other things, but healing seems to be the biggest evidence to God's Power. Are you bearing that same fruit? Using that authority you were given? No, well just sit back then, enjoy the ride. You are missing out on what Christ has given to YOU. No, no, really enjoy the ride, your ticket to heaven is paid for so you can continue on as you were, and that's OK. As for me... ALL of me, for ALL of you Jesus. "I will find you, when I seek you with all my heart." "Your mysteries have you made know to us"

The Supernatural Power of a Transformed Mind-

Christians are absolutly responsible for bringing divine healing to people, "Proving the will of God," bringing earthly reality into line with what's true heaven. Healing is part of the normal Christian life. God put it in His book; He illustrated it in the life of Jesus. He told us to emulate what Jesus did. So why is it so easy for us to be fully convinced when we pray for someone to be saved that our prayers will work, and yet when we pray for healing we find it difficult to believe they will be healed?

Help me out here, does anyone have a different translation than this? James 5:13 "Is anyone among you suffering, let him pray. If anyone among you cheerful, let him sing songs. If anyone among you sick, then he should call a Dr. and under the anointing, the Dr. will give him a prescription."

When you put your revelation into practice, what used to be impossible will begin to look logical. Your area of faith will expand. That revelation will bring you into experience and empower you to do the works of the Kingdom.

When you put this new revolation into practice you won't get it right 100% of the time, you might not even get it 50% of the time, but you will learn, and you will grow into a level of maturity you wouldn't other wise have. Understanding usually unfolds in the experience.

Jesus had one concern about His return and it was NOT that He would find his people who were excessive. Rather, He said:
"I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the son of man comes, will He find faith on the earth?" Luke 18:8

Can you imagine Jesus telling the blind Bartimaeus, "This blindness is a gift from My father to make you a better person"? And yet that's the approach most Christians take. They don't understand healing because they have no experience with it.

Healing, deliverance and signs-and-wonders are an inheritance for all followers of Jesus Christ. You can live a supernatural life. In fact, moving in the spiritual realm should be as routine as prayer, worship and reading scripture. It is a part of what Jesus purchased for us on the cross.

Here's a twist on what you just read:
I didn't write that! Those were the words of Bill Johnson from Bethal Church in California. These are words from his book "The Supernatural Power of a Transformed Mind" He's been having a revival in his church and people are flowing in the gifts of the spirit. People are being healed left and right just because they are embrassing the supernatural gifts Jesus left us through His inheritance to us. The BIGGEST miracle here is, I am reading his book. I think I just heard Tony fall down. Yes, I am reading!! LOL. I pray you all are inspired and draw closer in understanding to grasp the FULLNESS God has to offer us and that you don't settle for anything less then His FULLNESS.
